april fools day

Here's a little list of the bogus news I encauntered so far.
The guys at thinkgeek came up with a whopping number of 7(!) products
  • iZilla combines everything a mediajunkie could ask for
  • Something for the pale nerds who would like to get some color
  • A gamer's dream comes true. The real 1up mushroom provides nearly instant extra lives
  • Afraid of corporations spying on you? Now you don't have to be anymore. Protect yourself with an RFID-blocking shirt.
  • Clearly the easiest way to stay awake, the Buzzaire.
  • Finally Tesla's vision becomes reality. Wireless power transmission.
  • The Screened Sphorb doesn't make any sense to me. It would help if the 360° view worked with Opera on Linux.
The nerdiest site on the net opted for a complete redesign to reach the female audience.
  • How /b/-memes should appeal to females, I can't understand, but cute animals clearly do.
  • Here's one for the RPG-fans. Scientiests claim to be close to creating real dragons and stuff
  • Finally George L. made up his mind and decided to allow adult Star Wars stories.
  • More Big Brother/1984 in Britain.
  • Bill G. personally bought OOo
  • Monkeys playing tricks on researchers
  • Apparently Linux likes the new Slashdot design
  • Unicorn shirts for the ladies
Fun stuff from cold FinlandThis one could be true, but releasing new stuff on April 1st is very suspicious. ;)
  • Ebay wants to create a real online shop with express buying and a shopping cart
Even Linux gamers make hoax announcements.
  • linux-gamers.net claim they have heard Sauerbraten shall be ported to the 360.
  • NVIDIA supplying directx libraries to wine
Even Google has something special to show today
  • Something for the lonely nerds seeking a significant other

*Update*: Just wanted to add that arstechnica has a fine Duke Nukem Forever Review.

*Update2*: added more "news"

*Update3*: Wikipedia has a more complete list.
