as promised here are the pictures of my new box.

i bought a completely new pc, of course in parts, the largo-way. :)

btw, i will run only linux on this machine (fedora core 3).

update on ibm and linux

whooops, i totally forgot to mention that my ibm workstation is running fine now. the mainboard was faulty, some capacitators were leaking. that was what caused the instability. but now its rockstable. i would post the uptime, but a little blackout in my town on monday ruined it. perhaps i should write them a really hatefull email and complain about their ruining my uptimes and damaging my harddiscs. or i could get me an ups. :)

brickshelf

after browsing brickshelf for days i finally decided to upload some pictures of my own creations. i wish i will be able to build mechas like the guys who posted their pictures there some day. where did they get all those special parts??? brickshelf also has a large library of scanned lego instructions, which is quite handy if you have a big box full of parts (like me) and don't know what to do with them or to which sets they belong.
